Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy explains the conditions under which Belaire Motors accepts returns issues refunds or handles deposits. By engaging in any transaction with Belaire Motors you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. General Policy
Belaire Motors deals primarily in motor vehicles and automotive services. Due to the nature of vehicle transactions all sales are treated with heightened due diligence and transparency.
Unless expressly stated in writing all vehicle sales are considered final once confirmed.
2. Vehicle Sales and Returns
Motor vehicles sold by Belaire Motors are not eligible for return after delivery or collection except in exceptional circumstances expressly agreed to in writing.
Customers are encouraged to inspect vehicles thoroughly and seek clarification on specifications condition and documentation before completing any transaction.
3. Deposits
Deposits paid to Belaire Motors serve as a commitment toward the purchase of a specific vehicle or service.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing
Deposits are non refundable
Deposits may be forfeited if the customer withdraws from the transaction without lawful or agreed cause
Deposits may be refunded only where
Belaire Motors is unable to supply the agreed vehicle or service
A written cancellation agreement exists between Belaire Motors and the customer
Any approved refund of a deposit will be processed within a reasonable time after internal verification.
4. Refunds
Refunds are not automatic and are issued only under circumstances approved by Belaire Motors management.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment where possible or via an agreed alternative method.
Belaire Motors shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks mobile money platforms or third party payment providers.
5. Vehicle Condition and Disclosure
Vehicles are sold based on available inspection reports supplier information and customer acknowledgment.
Normal wear and tear minor cosmetic imperfections or manufacturer tolerances do not qualify as grounds for a return or refund.
Customers purchasing vehicles without physical inspection do so with an understanding of this risk.
6. Import and Clearance Delays
Delays caused by shipping customs clearance port handling or regulatory processes do not constitute grounds for refunds provided reasonable efforts are made by Belaire Motors to complete delivery.
7. Cancellation Requests
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to review.
Belaire Motors reserves the right to decline cancellation requests where costs commitments or processing has already commenced.
8. Services
Payments made for services including car wash marketing or administrative services are non refundable once the service has been rendered or scheduled unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Fraud and Misrepresentation
Belaire Motors reserves the right to refuse refunds or returns where fraud misrepresentation chargeback abuse or suspicious activity is identified.
10. Policy Updates
Belaire Motors may update this Return and Refund Policy from time to time. The version published on our platforms at the time of transaction shall apply.
11. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Malawi.
